Exquisite antique 1920's large micro petitpoint purse mounted with an intricately hand engraved very ornate Sterling Silver frame. Both back and front of this museum quality purse have the same Scenic Petit Point design. Both side portions as well as the purse's bottom have equally well done petitpoint in a floral motif. The purse's big engraved and pierced Sterling clasp is also double sided. Interior of purse is fitted with its original yellow silk with its little pocket. Silk lining is in remarkably excellent condition. I think the purse's chain handle is a replacement. Quite a large and impressive antique purse measuring approximately 10 1/2" wide X 8" high.
