Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. When the error is ours, we typically pay return shipping. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. If international shipping is offered, please note that we offer first class shipping to Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK. Everywhere else is Priority Mail only. We do NOT ship to Italy, Portugal, Mexico, or the Czech Republic due to repeated problems with customs.
