This eye catching Half-Tutu has been created using 12 layers of Quality Nylon Tulle/Dress net, in White with Silver Sequin details.
Each layer has been cut into petal points and the length of the half-tutu to the longest petal tip is 11.5 inches.
Net "Bustle" has been sewn securely into a Satin Ribbon waist/hip band, which ties up into a bow at center front.
Bustle width across back of the Ribbon band is 20 inches.
The photo shows Bustle worn around a 25 inch waist (Extra Small, it is the only model I have at the moment!) but there is enough Satin Ribbon (2 meters in total) to fit up to Extra Large sizes.
This Half-Tutu, Bustle has been designed to be worn over other clothing, Shorts, Hot-pants, Skirts, Leggings, Jeans etc.
Ideal for those occasions when you want a bit of glamour but do not want to wear a full Tutu.
