  • If you receive a shipment, please make sure that you get a receipt from the courier. If you notice the transport damage only after receipt of the packet, please contact your local DHL/Post Office which is responsible for the delivery of the item and get their confirmation. Until clarified please do not unpack or use the item.
  • Transport damages must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
