Swing Tipping is probably the best still and slow moving river method of ledgering ever invented, quiver tips are good, but for the ultimate bite indicator, we all owe a vote of thanks to the late Jack Clayton for the ground breaking invention he came up with more than 40 years ago when "Match" fishing was in its prime, with 300+ anglers pegged out on the river banks, competed in various matches up and down the country every weekend.
These tips have been modeled on "Fred Fosters" original swing tips sensitive bite indicating principals, a far cry from the modern versions with twisted wire for eyes and a bit of simulated bike valve rubber to act as the hinge.
These are light, sensitive, bite efficient and 99% less prone to rod end tangles when casting.
