Pullips are for collecting and displaying. They are not made for rugged play like a Barbie doll. Every doll is inspected before we ship it to you, however, please be wary of some inherent flaws that are notorious with collecting Pullips.
Factory errors include:
Body staining
Un-hemmed clothing
Plastic Melts
Loose joints
Broken Limbs
We will not ship any doll to you when these flaws are apparent.
All sales are final, but we will work with you and the manufacturer to correct any major factory defect. We cannot be responsible for any breakage occurring from abuse. We do want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase and will work to insure that.
All Dolls are Shipped Priority Mail with insurance and delivery conformation.
