Two-Year Limited Warranty 

1. We warrant our Taps and Showers ("Products") to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. If the Product should leak or drip during normal use, we will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the Product in good working condition. 

2. We also warrant all other aspects of the Product, (except gold, non-chrome finishes) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for 2 years from date of purchase. If a defect is found in normal residential use, we will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a Product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. We're not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. 

3. If you believe that you have a warranty claim, please contact us and be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product and the date the product was purchased. Also include the copy of your original transaction confirmation.
