INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - If you're ordering over $100 of items and it in under 2kg weight, please contact us before purchasing to see if you qualify for Free International Small Packet Shipping!  Items/orders weighing more than 2kg do not qualify for free international shipping.

 - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc, Small Packet Air & Expedited shipping times can take as long as a month.  If you don't see a service offered in the shipping calculator for an item, please contact us for a quote.

-Express Post USA is the only option that comes with a GUARANTEED DELIVERY STANDARD.  All other shipping times are approximate as unforeseen delays are out of our control

• USA Small Packet Air (4-12 business days average) *Only available for items weighing under 1kg – Most affordable option with no tracking available.
• USA Expedited Parcel (5-12 business days average) – Includes Tracking
• USA Express Post (3-5 business days guaranteed) –Includes tracking
• International Surface (4-8 weeks average - Russia can take as long as 10 or 11 weeks on occasion) –Includes tracking
• International Express (Europe, South America & Japan usually 5-7 business days and guaranteed, Australia is 7-10 and not guaranteed) –Includes tracking
• International Small Packet Air (for items under 2kg of weight only) is 2-4 weeks average.  – Most affordable option with no tracking available.

Taxes:

·         For all provinces in Canada we must collect the appropriate Government Sales Tax (GST or HST)  for your region.  *In the event that the harmonized sales tax system in Ontario only should ever change back to the old GST/PST system we'd be responsible for collecting both taxes again.

·         USA & International:  No tax collection required by us unless the item is to be shipped within Canada.
