States of the Continental US will be by Fedex Ground. HAWAII, ALASKA & PUERTO RICO, PLEASE contact us prior to bidding for ship quote. NO P.O. Box, Fedex will only deliver to a physical address. WA State residents must
pay a sales tax. Local pickup is welcome. I do combine shipping for
multiple wins.
