Well, here's the answer. This is a hexagon-shaped aluminum block, 4-3/4" in the widest dimension, 1/2" thick. It comes with a hold-down piece and the proper nuts and bolts for easy adjustment to accommodate about any need. The first picture shows a clock hand installed in the fixture (not included) which needed a square arbor opening made in it. Easy as pie!! Perfect for those kinds of hands that need to be individually fitted, like wood works clock hands. USPS does not have the efficient tracking system as UPS and Fed Ex do. Once I mail the package to you, I can't control when it leaves the USA or what happens afterwards.
