The standard shipping time can take up to 10 - 20 working days assuming there is no custom delay in both countries. If you would like to receive your item faster, the express service is offered at US $40 it normally takes about 5-7 working days and has Signature Confirmation and tracking after the item leaves the US. We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. Reason is because transit time is highly dependant on and provided by Postal Service.

We generally do not accept returns but if you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase. For any exchange or refund, we need the item number, your ebay ID, and the product must be in its original condition undamaged with tags attached.
