TUSA X-PERT ZOOM Open Heel Split Fins Red/Black  Sz.M-ML, 7-10 Mens

There were very gently used by their previous owner for a handful of open water dives. You can see from the pictures that they are in like new condition. 

From Scuba Lab's review:  The X-Pert Zoom Z3's internal rib structure and material composition results in improved kicking performance. The only split fin in this year's open-heel group, the Z3 is easily recognizable by its radical 27-degree blade angle. In the water, the fin racked up some of the best scores of this group in acceleration, stability and efficiency. It was also testers' favorite fin for kicking on the surface. Finally, testers found it to be a really nice overall power kicker, able to generate plenty of thrust and speed with virtually no effort.
