About the shoes:
The fabric is glued on.
We only use 100% Nike sneakers for our customs. They are all purchased from authorized dealers such as Footlocker, Footaction and Champs Sports.
Custom Process:
This is a custom order, meaning this is made to order. The print of the fabric will vary from shoe to shoe since we are cutting from a different part of the fabric for each custom.
1. When we receive your order, we will purchase your size choice. (If your size is no longer available, we will contact you and inform you)
2. Once the sneakers are in our possession, we will begin working on the shoes.
3. Once the custom job is complete, we will have your pair shipped out.
All orders are processed in the order that we receive them in.
Care:
With all customs, they should be taken care of. You can surely wear them on a daily basis but scraping, scratching or prying at the art work will damage the shoes. If the shoes happen to get dirty, we recommend gently wiping the shoes with a towel or rag.
Turnaround Time:
Before you purchase, it is very important that you refer to the handling time for this listing. We do not negotiate our handling time after you purchase an item for us. If you need your order sooner than our handling time states, contact us to see if it's possible before purchasing. Purchasing the design then complaining to us will not be acceptable.
Our handling time is based on the amount of orders we have pending. Your location does not play a factor in the wait time (ex: we are located in NYC and you are as well), we still need time to process your order.
Cancellations are absolutely not accepted after the first 4 hours of purchase.
Shipping:
We ship by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
International Buyers: We will not edit the cost of the package. Any request will be reported to eBay. It's against the law for us to have the value of your package edit so DO NOT request us to do so. As for custom taxes & duties, international buyers are required to pay these additional fees at acceptance of your package. These fees are not part of the shipping cost that we charge. Any request for a refund for these charges will be denied. We are not responsible for these charges.
