The violin is fully playable and was set up with a new (fitting) Teller bridge and new strings.
In the lower area of the back, it seems that the glue has solved partially between the halfes. In (well done) former repair the glue was renewed - Please see pictures. The repair has NO effect on the playability or very good tone of this violin
Otherwise, there are No cracks or other damages on this fine fiddle
The shellac varnish is in good condition with few charcteristical and authentic signs of the time (most on the top - Please see pictures)
We will ship the violin safe & secure, with lots of padding and with removed bridge, but we can offer an old wooden hardcase for additional $ 20.- too
