Product Warranties

Goods for sale from HOTGOLF LTD are supplied with the manufacturer's full warranty unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Rate of delivery is clearly stated with each individual product.  Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.

Order Cancellation

If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition to qualify for a full refund
Please note that cancellation of custom fit or logo orders may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to cancel the order.

Any orders received after this date will be upgraded to FREE 24 HOUR shipping but we can not guarantee Christmas delivery

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS - Buy in confidence knowing that we offer a no quibble return policy, which for Christmas is extended to 31/01/15

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order ( EXTENDED TO 31/01/15 FOR CHRISTMAS).  
Please package up securely and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.  Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. If item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving the items.  Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it.  If the item is not as described, damaged or if an incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us up to the value £3.99.  Please ensure the item is sent back exactly how received.
