A NOTE ABOUT CLOTHING MEASUREMENTS:
Measurements given are for the size of the clothing itself, NOT your body measurements.
Noteably, coats and jackets need to be several inches larger than your actual body measurements, because you'll be wearing clothing underneath them, and modern skirts and pants generally sit several inches below your actual waist, so also need to be larger than your body. bust and underbust measurements do not usually coincide with your bra size.
stretchy clothing generally look best slightly stretched out; e.g. if the measurements for a shirt's bust are 32-38", it will probably look best on a 34 to 36" bust. Strapless tops and corsetry look and stay up better when filled out as much as possible, so closer to the upper end of measurements given.
the best way to gauge whether an item will fit is to measure clothing you already own that fits you well, and compare it with the measurements given above.
I do accept returns if the item doesn't fit, but it saves both of us time and money if you make sure the clothing will fit properly BEFORE purchasing.
