Direct debit/credit card (SagePay)
Online direct debit/credit card transactions are processed by SagePay and this is the most popular payment choice with our customers. Various debit and credit cards can be used and transactions are quick and secure.
PayPal
PayPal allows any business or individual with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. Users send payments for free from computers or web-enabled mobile phones.

Delivery
Due to the wide range of products we deliver carriage is charged on an item specific basis to ensure that we give you the best possible value for your order. Check on individual product pages for delivery charges.

Deliveries are UK wide from Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Next Day Carriage* is available in UK Mainland for all orders placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service.

Standard carriage is 3 - 5 working days. Typically this is much quicker and majority of orders are delivered within 24 - 48 hours after despatch from warehouse.

Returns

MB offers returns on all items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. To make a return for a refund or exchange read the following instructions.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Upon receipt a refund will be issued or the item can be exchanged (for another of the same value) if preferred. Please note:
?    The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
?    The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
?    Refund will only be returned to the original payment method

When completing a return please ensure you state your order number, your name and address, reason for return and if you require a refund or a replacement.
Trade accounts only: Any goods returned to MB after the 30 day period will be subject to a 30% reduction on refunded monies to enable 30% re stocking costs.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty please email marketing@mbdiy.co.uk quoting details of the product, the reason for return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will then be contacted by MB advising on how to proceed with the return. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Cancel Order
To cancel your order please email marketing@mbdiy.co.uk quoting your order number in the title. If your order has already been processed you will need to return it to us in accordance with ?Return or exchange an item? section above. If the order has not already been processed you will be contacted with confirmation of cancellation.
