If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not
wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not
completely happy with within 28 days of the dispatch date for a
full refund.
※ Once you decide to return the product, you must not
use them and must handle all products with extreme care
while they remain in your possession. When trying on
items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product
with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure
that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or
deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. The goods
must be returned to us intact and undamaged. We will not be
able to accept the return of any item where there is
evidence that these instructions have not been
followed. ※ All proudcts must be returned in their
original packaging (with any seals or wrapping
unbroken). ※ You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. Damaged Items ※ Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged.
※ If you receive an item which has been damaged in
transit, please take pictures of the damaged item and
packaging then contact us asap. Please do not throw
away any packaging as we will require evidence for the

will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as
