  • We only ship to PayPal registered address. No exception
  • International Buyers are responsible for duties and import taxes when applicable

RETURNS

  • All items are to be sold “AS IS”. We offer 14-day full money back guarantee on items "NOT AS DESCRIBED" and "DAMAGED" during transit (excluding postage cost). We DO NOT refund if you simply changed your mind, or do not like the colour
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item if it was broken or damaged during transit. You are required to take photos of the damaged item and have the photos sent to us with 48 hours of receiving the item
  • If you are sending a "NOT AS DESCRIBED" item back to us, please ensure the returning item is in its original condition, unless it has been damaged in transit when it reached you
  • We request that you take great care in packaging the returning item for posting to avoid any unnecessary damages. We also encourage you to insure any high value item when sending it back. Returning item arrives broken will not be refunded. You will then have to file a claim through the shipping or insurance company (if you did insure the item) to obtain any compensation
  • Refund will only be processed once the item has been received by us and inspected or variation. Money will be refunded back to you the same method that payment was made
