Stunning views of the sea and lakes. Rent this accommodation for a short stay, and relax with a drink on the sunny private balcony as you breathe the sea air, hear the waves and watch the yachts sail by! There is one large communal pool and one children's pool, inside the exclusive secure grounds. Near championship golf courses. Well located with great views, near many facilities.

The property is on the peaceful southern outskirts of a busy town, with easy access via the dual carriageway, and good public transport. It is just two minutes walk to the rocky seafront, and five or ten minutes walk to a wide choice of sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, parks and a well stocked supermarket. Hiring a car is not necessary, but if you are driving, parking in the street is easy and convenient right outside, and there are many top golf courses including Villa Martin and Las Ramblas, and other attractions nearby. You can walk or drive to beach restaurants, the Marina, and the bustling seafront promenade for tourists, in the town centre, with many wonderful restaurants and first class shopping. Large local market on Fridays. Diving, fishing, water sports, boat trips, water parks, tennis and beautiful sandy beaches are available locally.

Fully furnished modern condominium apartment with everything you would need for a perfect self-catering stay. Air conditioning and heating provided. Well equipped, with spacious living and dining area, and open plan complete fitted kitchen including oven/hob/hood, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Separate utility room off the kitchen, with washing machine. All utensils are provided, with plenty of glasses etc for 7 persons.

The large living area has Sky TV with UK channels, a DVD player with a selection of films, a VCR, and a stereo. One of the sofas converts to a large double bed, and a chair converts to a good quality wooden single Z-bed (to use in any room) for larger groups, and all the necessary sizes of extra linen, pillows etc, and an infant travel cot with superior mattress are included. Sleeps 8 including the baby!

The en suite double bedroom has the bathroom with large bath with shower, and designer basin. The twin bedroom has access to the large secure balcony, and the balcony can also be entered from the living area. There is a second family shower room with a large walk-in shower. Marble floors. Two lifts/elevators to choose from, from ground floor to this 6th floor property, and the option of stairs. Furniture for balcony and pool side.

Alicante airport is 35 minutes approx by road and Murcia airport or railway station about 20 minutes. Our keys are looked after by a local agent, who can arrange airport transfers by car for a low price if you do not intend to drive, and answer any questions while you are there. She can also supply the keys, welcome packs, equipment hire and other help. Or we could send you the keys and directions with full details in advance.

Rates include English television channels, aircon, power, water, cot, swimming, management, key holding, booking and p&p etc. Plenty of fresh towels and bedding are provided. There is an additional local charge of 65 euros, payable by you to our agent/cleaner in Spain while you are there, for the laundry of linen and towels, and cleaning (may be more for big groups). This is for the final clean after you leave. That is the only compulsory extra cost.
