Shipping: Please Note: All items are made to order and will be shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays). We will only post to the address used in your eBay account, so be sure this is complete and correct as we cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered due to incorrect address details.

Returns:

We have a 14 day returns policy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price providing the item is undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging. We do not refund return postage costs therefore, all return postage costs must be met by the purchaser. Note: For obvious reasons we cannot issue refunds on personalised items.
