Payment |
Acceptable forms of payment are: PayPal (verified
accounts with confirmed addresses only) since eBay wont allow us to
accept paper forms of payment, please email us if you have questions
regarding eBay's policy - payment must be received within 10 business days
after order is confirmed. Winning bidders must confirm their order
within 2 business days (48 hours) after notification of close of
auction. |
Shipping |
Buyer will pay for all shipping costs and insurance. If you choose not to buy insurance for your package we cannot be held liable
for damages or loss once in transit. Please note that buyer needs to
provide us with accurate shipping information any delays or returns due
to incorrect address entries seller will not be liable
and buyer will be billed for further shipping costs incurred. UPS/FedEx
ground shipments cannot be shipped to a p.o. box address. Lower 48 US
Shipments only unless otherwise agreed upon prior to a winning bid.

Delivery |
We process all orders within 4 business days after payment has been received and/or cleared through our bank. |
Refunds & Returns |
We will not accept liability for any misuse or improper installation of any products sold. It is the buyer's obligation to know how to properly install all items purchased. Buyer's who find a better deal or want/find an original Harley-Davidson Tour Pack and have a case of buyer's remorse please be honest about your situation. We have had a few buyer's who found a better deal, have stated that fact and then claim to be dissatisfied with the product. If items arrive damaged are caused in transit and buyer has purchased insurance a claim can be placed against the carrier for reimbursement. Seller is not liable for damage incurred in transit or damage caused by preparation work to the tour packs. "Professional Builders" and those looking to simply mold and/or copy our product need not expect a refund for borrowing our product and then finding reasons to request a return and refund. If any work has been performed or alteration to our product from the original factory product - any warranty or refund is voided and no refund will be provided. We have had issues where a painter has damaged the product while sanding and priming that are not quality related issues. Product must be returned in it's original form with no alterations.

We will be happy to leave positive feedback to all successful bidders upon receipt of payment!
We don't hold back on feedback as a form of blackmail! Please contact
us prior to leaving a negative feedback so that we can try and resolve
any issues you may have with your purchase! We have only
had one grumpy user who ever wanted to leave us negative feedback - this was after he
tried to blackmail us after he damaged the product with improper installation.
However we won't judge the whole world by one guy. eBay has changed
their feedback policies to only favor the consumer. While we agree with
this in concept it does however hang us out to the whims of not so
positive people who do not have any social skills and will use any form
possible to get back at the cruel world and all the injustices
perpetrated upon the said user. Sad but true. We however tend to take a
slightly lighter view of the world and try to enjoy the ride for all it
is worth. Can we all just get along! |
