This is Art Deco 1930s geometric shaped Crown Devon Vase in the Hollyhocks pattern.  This

combination of rare shape and pattern should make this vase attractive to Crown Devon collectors.

The Art Deco classic shape compliments the tube lined vibrant colours.  The base mark is as per the

photos showing the Crown Devon mark with the word MATTITA above. The condition is very good.  

Minor firing flaw inside the top rim - a speck of glaze missing - a firing flaw, not damage (photos).

The diameter of base is 3.75" (9.5 cm), of top is 4.75" (12.1 cm) and height is 8.25" (20.9 cm).  This lovely

vase weighs 0.75 kg.
