SHIPPING TERMS:

  1. Shipping in the USA is FREE. We can NOT ship to PO BOX, APO/FPO, Alaska/Hawaii, nor US Protectorates.
  2. Shipping in the USA typically takes 3-5 business days but CAN take up to 10-14 business days for heavier items.
  3. We ship worldwide (on some listings) to over 60+ countries (see listing details above for countries).
  4. We will only ship to your PAYPAL ADDRESS. 
  5. International Shipping: Please allow up to 14+ business days for delivery to International destinations.
  6. Most items take 1-3 business days at our warehouse to process. Some items can take longer.

  8. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 2-3 business days after the observed holiday or weekend.

RETURNS:

  1. Please contact us through eBay if you require a return.
  2. Returns are accepted within 14 days of order.
  3. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns marked for money back will incur a 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resell-able condition. We use eBay's Managed Returns process to make returning your item easy and straightforward. 
  4. Buyer should check the package upon arrival. If the package is damaged during freight, please refuse to sign for the package.
  5. If you need to return a damaged item, please send us some pictures for confirmation. We will provide instructions for the return.
