We currently accept payments via PayPal. Payments must be received within seven (7) business days of purchase.
In some cases PayPal may randomly review the order and hold your payment. We cannot begin processing of your order until the payment and order are cleared by PayPal to ship.
You do not have to have PayPal account to pay for an item. When eBay direct you to the PayPal payment page, you will be able to insert only the credit card info.
Buyer is responsible for choosing the correct funding source via PayPal. We cannot stop, cancel, or revise any order where the buyer uses the wrong funding source within their PayPal account. Please make sure the correct shipping and funding source is selected before committing to buy.

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 business days of verifying your payment. We generally use Australia Post eParcel and Fastway Couriers for shipping, but may use Australia Post standard mail service for certain items. Please refer to the product listing for details.
For your protection, a signature may be required before carriers can release the package. Please make sure that an adult will be available at the expected time of delivery to accept and sign for the package. Also, please review your address before your order is placed. A fee will be incurred for all address changes.

We recommend purchasing postal insurance for your parcel, this will cover you for any loss or damage in transit. Please select "Australia Post Regular Parcel Registered" during checkout, for your parcel to be covered by postal insurance.
We do not take responsibility for damaged or lost parcels if no insurance cover was purchased for that item.
We do not offer pick up as an option. We do not have a storefront, showroom or units on display.
Returns are accepted within 30 days in the unlikely event that the item you received is significantly different to the item described in the listing CONDITION TO item is not used, is unopened and is in its original packaging.
On receipt of the Item by us, REFUND of ITEM COST less Postage Cost is provided the same mode payment was made. We will ONLY accept returns postage with TRACKING for Proof of Postage. We will not be held liable if the goods are posted back to us without tracking & the post goes missing.
If the product/parcel is returned back to us, because the parcel was not collected by the customer from the post office, declined collection on delivery or the customer had provided an incorrect address for delivery. The amount of refund paid will be less postage cost to the buyers' address and less $10.00 which Australia Post charges us to return the parcel back to us. Hence please ensure your delivery address is correct, and your eMail address registered on eBay is valid and active as Australia Post will send you a notification, on the progress of your parcel in transit or when the parcel is awaiting collection at the post office.
