Directions:
1. After cleaning and drying the skin, attach the body wrap to the targeted area.
2. Remove the central part of the film-base cut in the back of the body wrap. While the abdomen squeezed, apply the wrap to the central abdomen first.
3. Remove the rest of the film-base cut, apply sides of the body wrap to your flanks by gently pulling the patch.
4. Use the palms of your hands to apply pressure to the body wrap and hold for 3 minutes.
5. Apply once in two days for 4-8 hours.
Useful Tips:
· If possible, take a warm shower and use body brush on the targeted area before applying the body wrap. It will improve absorption hence improving results.
· Drink plenty of water to flush the toxins out of your body
