I have absolutely no problem with you sending a stamp or cover for expertization and recommend it for higher value items. Please let me know that you intend to do this when you buy the item so that I note this as sometimes certification can take longer than 90 days. If a certificate comes back as bad or with faults, I will reimburse both your original cost and the cost of certification. I usually only sell high value items with a certificate as I know what a royal pain it is when a cert comes back bad.

Simply put: Sales are all close to regular First Class Mail Rates.

If the value of the item(s) is/are over $100, then Certified Mail will be used for shipments within the USA (Approx. $4 total) and Registered Mail will be used for Canada, Great Britain and Australia. (Approx. $15 total)
