I aim to post my parcels promptly after payment has been received. Normally this will be the following day or even the same day if you order and pay before 10.30 in the morning. I cannot always post on Saturdays.  I always obtain a Proof of Posting in case there are any problems and I will deal with any claims if your parcel goes astray. If I miscalculate your postage charges, I will then refund you the amount over-charged. Please note that I don’t add anything to the postage charges for packaging unless it is a breakable item which uses a great amount of bubble wrap and polychips.

I try to describe all my items as detailed and honestly as I can and I only sell goods that I would be happy to receive myself. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email me as soon as possible after receipt so that we can resolve any problems amicably before leaving feedback. I am only human after all, and sometimes little faults can be missed. I do accept returns within 7 days if items are faulty or not 'as described'. They must be posted in original packaging and a Proof of Posting must be obtained. Please note that if items are returned for any other reason, then your postage will not be refunded.
