SHIPPING & PACKAGING

This item has a promotional shipping rate applied, you pay less than cost on shipping & therefore we may not be able to offer a combined shipping discount when bought with other items. 

International buyers – Please note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the freight company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional delivery charges.

If you want to buy multiple items from our ebay shop, we may be able to offer a combined shipping discount, ensuring your shipping costs are kept to an absolute minimum. Please see our section below on Combined Shipping.

UK buyers – Please note:

For UK customers we offer Royal Mail 1^st & 2^nd class, myhermes, ‘Signed For’ & 'Special Delivery' services. Please note: The Special Delivery service is a guaranteed service but is limited to items despatched on Monday to Thursday only.  If you do want us to despatch on a Friday for a Saturday delivery, we will process this for you, but you must contact us first, because although residential addresses will 99% of the time arrive by 1pm on a Saturday, this is not the case for business addresses. Having an item delivered to a business address on a Saturday is not something we currently offer.

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch your item(s) on the day of purchase (working days only), provided the item is paid for before 9:00. Occasionally items purchased later in the day will also be shipped that day, but this is not guaranteed.

It is important that you make any relevant changes to your shipping address at the checkout.  We can only ship to the address given at time of payment.

We take great pride in the way we package your order. For the majority of orders we use poly postal bags. For more fragile items such as caps, hats, sunglasses & breakables we use boxes to ensure your item(s) arrives in perfect condition. 

Please take note, we keep shipping costs at an absolute minimum. We offer delivery as a non-profit service to our customers. You pay what we pay, and we often charge less than the cost price. 

INTERNATIONAL COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT

If you would like to purchase more than one item, please follow these simple instructions:

1)   Send a message via 'My eBay Messages' requesting a quote for the items.

2)   Include the item title & item ID in addition to the size you require for both items.

3)   Wait for us to respond with a quote giving a discounted price.

4)   If you are happy with the amount quoted.  Pay for your items and on receipt of your delivery, notify us and we’ll process a part refund. As all items are ‘immediate payment only’ we’re unable to send an invoice prior to purchase.

Note:

If one or more item(s) has a promotional rate applied, we may not be able to reduce shipping costs further, as you will already be paying less than cost on shipping.

But don’t forget we keep shipping costs at an absolute minimum as a non-profit service to our customers.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At checkout both International & UK customers can select one of two options:

1) Click on 'Have a PayPal account?'

This allows you to log on to PayPal to pay.

2)'Don't have a PayPal account?'

It takes no more than 5 minutes to set one up, and it will be well worth the time taken doing so.  You can request that the payment is taken from your bank account or a debit or credit card of your choice. We can help with this if you encounter any difficulties, just ring or email via eBay messages.

If you really don’t want a PayPal account, you can log on as a guest, which will allow you to pay with a debit/credit card, including AMEX (limited transactions per annum to a value of £1700). You will also have the option to enter an alternative shipping address.
