We offer Free Delivery & Easy Returns in the UK. If you place your order before 7pm (Monday to Friday) we will dispatch your shoes the same day.
Free Delivery to You - Our aim is to make the shopping process with us as easy and seamless as possible! We offer free and fast delivery on all UK orders. Goods are sent on a 2-day Royal Mail Tracked Service. If you need a Next Day service please select that option on the checkout.
Free Exchanges & Easy Returns - We know that buying online can sometimes be tricky which is why we offer you the peace of mind of a free exchange service. We want your new purchase to be absolutely perfect for you! If it's not right and you need a refund or you would like an exchange, our returns are £2.95 if you choose to send back your parcel using one of our pre-paid returns labels.
Easy Returns Process - We believe in making the returns process straightforward and easy. You will receive a bespoke Shoetique invoice with your order. Within that invoice there will be two pre-paid labels which you can simply peel off and attach to your return parcel. You will also be provided with clear instructions on how to return your parcel. Please Note: £2.95 will be deducted from your refund if you use one of the labels provided.
Choice of Returns Label - We offer you the choice of using a Royal Mail label which you can take to your nearest Post Office, or a Collect+ label which you can take to over 5,000 stores across the UK.
Quick Exchange Service - We will dispatch your exchange (free of charge), within two days of receipt of your parcel - although it is often the very same day. You will receive an email as soon as we do so. If for whatever reason we don't have your chosen item in stock we will do our best to get it for you, or offer you an alternative.
No Quibble Refunds - We apply refunds within two days of receipt of your parcel. As above, refunds are often made the very same day we receive your parcel. You will be advised by email as soon as the refund is applied.
