1941: Dec. 1st. Welfare set to support urban kinder gardens. 20, 40 and 60 + 40 Kopek stamps.

They are Michel # 14, 15, 16, imperforate with wide margins, yellowish paper. MNH

The stamps have been verified as authentic twice. 2 small examiner marks at the back: Gagarin and Go.

The stamps have original gum with a fresh appearance.
