Furutech Pure Transmission TF0.5A Fuse 20x5mm (Slow Blow)
For decades we have had thousands of pounds worth of Hi-Fi equipment (and therefore, our sonic performance) "choked" by cheap fuses that the plug manufacturers fit as standard, and to be fair, for the vast majority of products these low cost items have been more than adequate.

20mm and 32mm Nonmagnetic Time-lag Fuses
Material: Copper Caps with direct rhodium plating.
Conductor: Special low induction copper alloy
Currently available in the following values:
5 x 20 mm. Rated for: 0.5A, 1A, 2A, 3.15A, 5A, 4A, 6.3A, 8A, 10A and 15A.
6 x 32 mm. Rated for: 1A, 2A, 3.15A, 4A, 5A, 6.3A, 8A, 10A, and 15A.

Furutech engineers solutions that optimize every pathway and junction; any unaccounted for characteristic weakness (i.e., contact resistance, EMI-radiating junctions, RFI) diminishes performance as noise and distortion builds.
