Washing instructions: Prewashing is recommended to avoid shrinkage after making up your piece. Machine wash warm with similar colours, do not dry clean, do not bleach, tumble dry medium setting, remove promptly and use warm iron if necessary.

Payment: Full payment is required before your item(s) will be posted.

Postage: Purchases of multiple items will be sent as one package, postage is automatically combined, express delivery options are available. If you would like to collect in person, please visit our shop in Ipswich, Suffolk at 32 St Peters Street, Ipswich, IP1 1BX

Despatch: We post orders Tuesday - Saturday, orders are posted within 24 hours (maximum) of being placed. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Tuesday.
