Instruction:
  1. Remove the blue film on plate surface
  2. Apply base coat, wait dry
  3. Apply nail polish on desire design
  4. Immediately, firmly scrap off the excess nail polish using a scraper (not included)
  5. Immediately, stamp on the design in a rolling motion (stamp not included)
  6. Immediately, transfer the design on the stamp onto your nail in a rolling motion
  7. Dip a q tip in nail polish remover, carefully remove the excess nail polish on skin
  8. Wait dry and finish with top coat
