If under any circumstances the item is not delivered we request you to please contact us so that we can rectify the issue. If the fault is from our side or the courier company, a refund will be provided for additional shipping charges depending on the circumstances.

If you have placed an order after 11am with Express Shipping charges and wish to receive the item Next day you can simply call us and let us know before 3pm so that we can dispatch the order, however please note item(s) will be dispatched same day only if we are informed via call and not E-mails.

3. International Shipping - Charges applies and may vary depending on the Destination, items will be dispatched royal mail international standard service it takes at least 10-30 working days for the delivery.
