Safe Packing

We are very good at packing fragile items safely.  It's an artform we have refined!

Breakable items are protected with a combination of boxes, bubble wrap, cardboard and shredded paper.  We use new and, when available, recycled packing materials (we like trees).

Combined Postage (Yes, we do it!)

If you'd like to buy a few items you can message us for a postage quote prior OR simply buy and wait for us to adjust the postage on your invoice before paying.

Our largest mailing box costs $20 to post Australia wide and carries up to 5 kg of vintage goodness.  A great way to get bang for your postage buck.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We post daily and dispatch items within two business days of receiving your cleared payment.

Standard or Express delivery options are available - select your preference during checkout.

Free pick-up available from Collie WA.

International Delivery

Depending on your location and the weight of your item you will have the option of 'Registered Post International' or 'International Express' delivery.  Both services allow tracking.  Allow up to 10 business days for delivery via Registered Post International and up to 7 business days for delivery via International Express.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or regulatory requirments in the destination country are your responsibility as buyer.​

Refunds & Returns

Australian Consumer Laws give you the right to receive a full refund where goods, are faulty, have been damaged in transit, have been wrongly describedor  don’t perform as advertised

In assessing refund requests we may ask for photographs of the damaged item or that you return it to us by post.

'Change of mind' returns are accepted when items are returned to us within 30 days, in the condition they were sent, with postage to be paid for by the buyer.  We will provide a store credit or exchange.
