Courses are presented in Ilion, and at requested locations throughout the U.S. Our mission is to train Law Enforcement personnel how to repair and maintain the Remington firearms used by their officers. Courses are limited to law enforcement, government, or military personnel only.”

Payment:

-  Ebay states to forward payment within 48 hours of winning an auction.  

-  If there is an issue with you making a payment contact us immediately so that we may work together to find a solution.

-  Communication is absolutely necessary.  If you don’t communicate we don’t know what is going on.  Unfortunately we are not Psychics.

-  If we do not receive payment within 48 hours of auction close we will send you an invoice.  

-  Please either forward payment or message us.  If you do not respond to our invoice (or send us a message) we do not know what your intentions are.

-  It is agreed that failure to respond after 2nd invoice will result in an Unpaid Item Request Filed 24 hours after last sent invoice.

-  This policy is in effect due to the high number of NON PAYING NON COMMUNICATING BIDDERS.

-  We incur fees for every auction listed and unpaid auctions are money burned, and hinders us offering great deals

Return Policy:

-  The item must be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase in original condition.

-  Refund will be given once we receive and process the return (24-48 hour turnaround time).

-  Amount of refund:  You will be refunded your purchase price MINUS shipping costs, 20% restocking fee and eBay fees.

-  Buyer Pays return shipping.

-  If the return is a result of our mistake (i.e we sent you a glow in the dark chewbacca instead of a firefly jar) we will assume all costs of the return.

-  If item is received damaged, it must be returned in all original packaging.  We have to provide this to the carrier when making a damage claim.

-  We just want our customers to be happy so if there is are any questions contact us.    

Shipping:

-  Shipping charges/fees are clearly listed, please read carefully before bidding.

-  If you prefer another shipping method, contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

-  All fees quoted are for the Contiguous United States.

-  All items shipped according to & above Ebay standards.

-  Item will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment from buyer.

-  At this time we do not offer International shipping.  Apologies.

-  We strive to provide the lowest shipping cost possible.  Please keep in mind that shipping cost includes postage along with shipping materials (ie boxes, wrap, tape, mailers and cushioning products).

Combined Shipping:

-  For combined shipping, just contact us BEFORE paying for your multiple items!

-  Available when purchasing multiple items in a 7 day period.

-  If you are PLANNING on buying more than one item, message us even if you haven’t bid.  This way we know and can put everything in one invoice.

-  We will email you an invoice for ALL purchases with ONE shipping fee.

-  We only buy top quality examples of the pieces we provide to you.

-  We  do not clean, recondition, refurbish or alter antique or vintage items.  Doing so will devalue the item and is a disservice to you. How we get them is how you receive them.  

-  Cleaning vintage items with certain agents can also ruin them so we NEVER clean vintage items other than a light dusting if possible without altering the item.

-  Reconditioning, polishing and cleaning on these items is left to you.
