We specialise in the sale of stock and equipment due to businesses going into liquidation. As a result, the prices we offer are often well below what you might expect to pay elsewhere. When will I receive my item?

Please see the estimated delivery time above which is based upon economy delivery and dispatch within one working day. If you need your item urgently, we offer express shipping options at checkout. Smaller items purchased by 12pm are normally dispatched on the same working day although this is not guaranteed. Heavier items requiring a courier are normally shipped the next working day due to courier booking cut-off times. Please note that we will not regard an item as missing in the post until a period of 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (Overseas) has lapsed after the date of shipping.

Items lost in transit

To help us investigate missing items and combat fraud, refunds for items lost in transit will not be issued until a Lost Item Claim Form has been completed. All missing item claims are fully investigated.

Shipping

Due to seller protection requirements, if you pay by Paypal, we will only ship to your Paypal shipping address. Please do not ask us to send your item elsewhere. We will not be responsible for missing items if we ship to your paypal address and this is not the correct address, even if you have asked for your item to be sent elsewhere.

Please contact us if you would like us to combine shipping costs as we are more than happy to do this. We reserve the right to use a different service for multiple purchases, e.g. 2nd Class is only possible up to 2kg so we would use a courier instead. For items outside of the EU, US, Can, Aus and NZ we will only use recorded delivery services. Please note that our shipping rates for items over 2KG do not include UK Highlands & Islands, BFPO, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Iceland, Greek Islands due to higher courier charges. For these destinations, please ask us for a quote. Items over 2kg cannot currently be shipped to Russia due to customs restrictions.

Customer service / feedback

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If there is any problem with your items, please follow eBay guidelines and let us know before opening a case or leaving negative feedback. We can resolve any issue and we certainly don't like unhappy customers! Assuming your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave feedback for us.

We always leave feedback for our buyers. Feedback is automatically left by our system once we receive positive feedback from buyers.

Returns and refunds

All new goods are guaranteed and a full refund including standard outward shipping is given for items returned within 30 days provided they are returned in original condition with packaging and labels in-tact. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the goods are not resaleable as new or the return period has expired. The cost of any expedited shipping chosen by the buyer at checkout will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of faulty items or any item not as described where Second Class/Economy shipping will be paid. For non-EU buyers, outwards and inwards shipping costs will only be refunded for faulty items.
