At fngf_supplies we are dedicated to our service for you! We ship all items within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Most all items ordered by 12:00 Noon will ship the same day.

All Items are shipped 100% Discreet in plain packaging.

Failed Delivery - Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned by the carrier, refused or undelivered. 

We use USPS & UPS for domestic shipping. International shipping is through USPS only. 

Worldwide shipping available on all of our listings. Simply request an invoice through eBay or contact us for a shipping quote. 

Packaging Information - Most orders are typically shipped in plain poly bubble mailers. All packages include bubble wrap or shipping paper. Boxes are only used on heavy freight or bulk orders. We always value your privacy and try to ship items inconspicuously. 

International Shipping - We recommend customers to stay away from using USPS First Class Mail International, which although is cheap, can result in severe delay's at your country's borders for customs inspections. Custom's inspection/processing time at your country's borders is very unpredictable. USPS First Class Mail International packages can add an additional 1-6 weeks onto a delivery time. Please choose USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International to avoid long delays in customs.

International Shipping - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. 

International Shipping - We advise all international buyers to research and understand the shipping service you will be expecting using the service purchased on your transaction.
