RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We understand that returning items is an inevitable part of shopping online. We try to make the returns process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any it for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Just fill in the returns form on the back of the invoice and simply send it back to us. There is no need to message ahead, we will let you know as soon as we have received it and process a refund or exchange for you.

FREE RETURN LABEL
If you purchase from UK you can use the free returns label provided. Simply download the label, print it off and stick it on the front of the parcel; pop down to your local post office and have the parcel returned back to us at no extra cost to yourself. Please retain proof of postage just in case the parcel goes missing.
Please note we do require that:
- Customer covers the cost of the return postage (except for faulty or damaged items);
- Items are returned within 30 days after the receipt of the goods;
- Items are in resalable condition, have not been worn and the tags are intact.
