The sooner you pay, the sooner you get your item.

The Designers Consignment insists on receiving payment within 3 days of your purchase.  Otherwise, we reserve the right to re-list the item for sale.

Shipping & Handling

Please let us know in advance of your purchase if you have special shipping requirements or deadlines.  Because the majority of our antiques and collectibles are large and delicate, we often use white glove shipping service for items we feel cannot be safely shipped through standard carriers.  White glove means the item is picked up from us, blanket wrapped and hand delivered to you by the same driver that picked it up.  This service is at no additional cost but can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on what you buy and where you live.  

We will ship any item anywhere and do our very best to package and secure all of our items so they make safe trips to their new homes.  Insurance and tracking is included on all packages and we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all items if you are not satisfied for any reason.  Please contact us in advance if you have any additional questions.

Concerns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you many return it within 14 days for a full refund.  Just pay for return shipping.   If there is an issue in shipping or we have made a mistake, please contact us right away so we can take full responsibility to resolve the situation.
