We offer 14 day returns on all items in line with Ebay policy. If the item is new with tags we must receive the item back with the tags still intact and in the same condition we sent it to you. If not returned this way you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or intervention through Ebay. All preowned item will be subject to the same conditions as above except for tags. We do not issue partial refunds if you are unhappy with your item simply return it to us in accordance to Ebay policy and you will be issued your refund!
