RETURN POLICY

*Customer Satisfaction. We have done our best to accurately describe this item and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive an item that is not accurately described or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to request an item return prior to leaving feedback.

By bidding on this item, you agree to the following Return Policy:

* We offer a 14 day return policy for defective items only!
* Defective items will be exchanged when possible otherwise a refund will be issued if we are out of stock
* Customer pays the return shipping
* If a returned item is not defective, has been tampered with, misused or damaged, it will be returned to the Customer and no refund will be given.
* Returned items must be in the same condition they were in when they were originally shipped.
* All serial numbers are recorded and we must receive the same item back.

You are buying from the U.S.A. and all electronic devices are 110 volt. If you use a converter on any item my warranty and the mfg. warranty is void and returns won’t be accepted.

PAYMENT

*For regular auctions, we accept PayPal only. Buy-It-Now auctions require immediate payment using PayPal. Most major credit cards are accepted by PayPal for payment without needing to establish an account (it's easy!)

*PayPal Shipping Address Required. We can only ship to PayPal shipping addresses. We cannot change the shipping address after receipt of the payment.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.

SHIPPING POLICY

1) All items are shipped out the same day payment is received time permitting or the very next day excluding the weekend.  
2) We will properly package each item as to ensure it reaches you in the same condition as when it left our destination. 
3) Domestic Packages will be shipped via USPS mail or Fedex and we'll supply a tracking number. The tracking number will be available on the paypal item detail page. We reserve the right to utilize a different carrier at our discretion (buyer will not be charged an additional fee in connection with any shipping carrier change).
4) We can ship to PO Boxes (only if you have a physical address for the PO BOX). Items can be shipped to APO. 
5) Shipping insurance is INCLUDED for shipments on items over $200 and signature confirmation is required on shipments over $250 as per ebay policy.
6) We now ship internationally using ebay Global shipping. The way it works is we ship the item to ebay’s warehouse and they will prepare the customs documents and ship the item to you since they can now track Int’l shipments.
