If an item does not meet your expectations please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that I may address any issues that you may have. I make every effort to ship within 5 BUSINESS days of receiving payment.  My shipping costs are based on the shipping weight of the item, insurance and the cost of packaging.  Please check the eBay shipping calculator for shipping costs BEFORE bidding and bid if you are comfortable with my shipping timeline and costs.  Ebay does not offer a Fedex check box option in their listing set-up page for sellers so I check the UPS box under "standard shipping" but inside the US I use Fedex for items over 4 lbs and USPS priorty mail for items 4 lbs & under.  All international shipments are by USPS Priority mail international.  International bidders are responsible for all customs fees. Ebay is very strict on allowing sellers to remain with Ebay based on their feedback and detailed seller ratings numbers. I strive to have all my buyers 100% satisfied. If you have any questions or issues after receiving your item, PLEASE contact me prior to leaving feedback so that I may address them.  As a seller, my policy is that I provide feedback after the buyer leaves feedback.  If you have any questions not answered here, please contact me prior to bidding.  I am a one person operation and will answer all inquiries in as timely a manner as I possibly can.   Thanks again for looking at my item. 

Please note:  I have been experiencing a sharp increase in non-paying bidders.   Once an auction ends, sellers have to pay auction fees based on the amount of the winning bid, REGARDLESS of whether or not the buyer follows through with payment.  When a buyer fails to pay for an item, the only recourse sellers have is to file a non-paying bidder complaint with Ebay to have the auction fees paid by the seller refunded.   Ebay allows 4 days for a buyer to make payment arrangements before they allow sellers to open a non-paying bidder complaint.   If I do not receive payment or otherwise hear from a winning bidder within 4 days, a non-paying bidder complaint will automatically be opened by the EBAY automated seller assistant software.   PLEASE, do not bid if you do not plan to pay. 

Shipping Address Information: I use the shipping address provided to me on the Paypal email. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure that the address listed on their account is current and correct.  I will not accept responsibility for a shipment being sent to the wrong address if the buyer provides an incorrect address on their Paypal account.  PLEASE update your account address before bidding and do not send notes, emails, etc expecting me to correct the address that is provided on your account.
