We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your order to the premises stated by you, by the advertised delivery date. For the avoidance of doubt you acknowledge that the delivery date is not guaranteed or of the essence of these Terms & Conditions and that we shall in no circumstances be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you due to the late delivery of your order. If any delay is under our control we will notify you of that delay as soon as possible. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and in all cases inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non delivery of the order. This does not affect your rights as a consumer. We will normally send your order within 1 business day. Orders received before 3pm will normally be sent the same day. Instruments are sent by special delivery, music and small items are usually sent 1st class mail.

If you are ordering from overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which occur once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges incurred at this point are your responsibility. We accept orders from many countries. All countries that we ship to are available within the checkout. The shipping charge will be calculated for you in the checkout.

We accept most forms of UK debit and credit card at no extra charge. All goods remain the property of Beaumont Music Ltd until paid for in full.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we offer a straightforward returns policy. You may cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. You must then return the goods at your own expense. You must return the goods in the original packaging and condition. If the goods are faulty (or not what was ordered), then contact us within 7 days and we will arrange return at our cost.
