" Winter Fair " by Tom Brown

Signed Tom Brown limited edition 273/500 print titled " Winter Fair " signed on the picture and in the margin also has the blind stamp bottom left.

Picture is in glazed, mounted and framed overall measurement 24.5" x 20.5" ready to hang.

Tom Brown was born in Salford and trained at the Salford College of Art until turning professional in the 1970's. He had his first exhibition in the 70's and held many more since both in Salford and many other parts of the country. 

The right bottom side of the mount has a slight water / shaded mark under close looking.  It is on the mount.
