Description This listing is for (1) ORI billet intake assembly for 1985-1986 Yamaha TriZ 250. It includes (1) Sprock Racing CNC machined billet intake plate, (1) port matched rubber carburetor intake flange boot, (2) stainless mounting bolts, (1) hose clamp and (1) intake gasket. Our Sprock Racing intake features a replaceable rubber intake boot mounted onto a billet plate. These are made in the USA and are a MUST HAVE for every Tri Z owner. The OEM intake boots are one piece molded rubber over cast aluminum and a ridiculous OEM boost bottle set up. Over time they dry rot and leak air plus they are long discontinued from Yamaha. This kit will work with the factory carburetors and aftermarket carbs up to a 45mm OD engine side spigot. This billet intake is desgined to work extremely well with our custom V Force 3 cages. Another major benefit to this kit is that when the rubber flange boot requires replacement in the future, you are able to replace just that one piece rather than ordering the whole kit again. Unlike the factory intake, this intake does require a gasket which is included. This kit eliminates the factory boost bottle. Every Sprock Racing product that comes through Off-Road Innovation is thoroughly inspection and prepped by a certified Motorcycle Technician. We remove all the burrs and lips left behind from the machining process so you receive a performance part that is clean and ready to bolt on. On this particular kit we hand port match the rubber intake boots to the billet plates for optimal flow. Perfect for a rider or show bike.
