Here is a handsome old footstool that would have been made about

1920 or earlier.  It was made in Sheboygan, Wisconsin by the Bemis

Riddell Fibre Company and still has it's original finish and tags.  The

"wicker" is actually a twisted heavy paper that is then shellacked.

It measures 17" long by 11" wide and 11" high.   Very solid - not wobbly,

it weighs about 8 pounds.   Has a solid oak frame, legs and seat.

Add your own cushion.  A great addition to your home.
