 Please note that if we no longer have the item when you purchase it, we will notify you and either let you know of a time frame when they will be back in stock or refund your money. That will be your decision.

Payment: We accept payments through PayPal only. Major credit cards accepted through PayPal. If you use e-check on PayPal, delivery may take longer, as we will hold your order until your e-check clear.

Sales Tax: Additional 7% sales tax for Florida residents. 

Handling time: We usually ship the product next business day but it could take 3-5 Business days.

Shipping: All orders will ship by USPS or FedEx. A signature is required for this shipment.

If you’re not going to be home, you can easily redirect it to a FedEx location for convenient pickup. We are not responsible for the charges that FedEx or USPS will charge after 2 attempts to leave your package and you are not home to receive it. FedEx and USPS have its own policies. We ship to upper 48 states only. We do not ship to P.O boxes.

Shipping to: APO/FPO/DPO Mail, Puerto Rico Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us first for a quote. We ship to these states via USPS (Priority Mail International) Additional Handling cost $14.95. APO/FPO/DPO Mail, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are considered as International Buyers

Returns: We are responsible for defected products only (We will pay shipping return and we will replace with a new item.) You don’t need to open a case, just contact us to let us know and we will initiate that processes.

 

If for ANY OTHER reason you are not satisfied with the item and you want to return it.

 Here is the fine print:

Just let me know within 14 days after payment is submitted

1.- Please contact us before any returns to receive an authorization number and Shipping return address.

2.- Products need to be in New Condition with All Contents Included in Original Package. If for any reason this condition is NOT MET, we will not be able to accept the return. We need everything back…..

3.-  The buyer is responsible for return shipping

4.- All returns must have return authorization number.

5.- All non-damage returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

6.- Shipping cost paid is not part of your refund

* APO/FPO/DPO Mail, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are considerate as International Buyers

* Handling time on international orders is 5 to 7 business days. 

* Handling Cost $14.95

* Products could be going out of the original package to fit them in our own boxes.

* Please note that buyer is responsible for other import fees.

We will not declare items as gifts. Our fees do not include the additional fees charged by some delivery agents. 

The fees due at delivery include duties, taxes, and customs fees that are non-refundable. We do not collect these fees, 

so it is the buyer's responsibility to review and determine the fees before placing the bid.

We ship internationally via USPS only. 

We offer either Priority Mail International mail or Priority Mail Express International.

Of the two, priority mail is less expensive and does not provide tracking info once it leaves the U.S.

If tracking your package is important to you I recommend Express mail and you will have Tracking info to your door.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
