Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made. Preferred methods of payments are Credit card, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Payment by cheque and cash on collection are also acceptable. You can make a credit card payment by calling the office during working hours.

Collection

Collections can be made during working hours, however at least 24 hours’ notice must be given before collecting, as not all goods are on the same site. Courier collection is welcome, please ensure your courier knows what they are collecting and who they are collecting on behalf of, otherwise you may well receive the wrong item!

If you require your item strapped to a pallet for courier collection there will be a £6 (VAT Inclusive) charge. If your item needs to be boxed and packed for collection, there will be a £2 (VAT Inclusive) charge to cover materials.

Postage

We offer a number of different postage services depending on the size and weight of the item. Items up to 500g can be sent via Royal Mail, 1-10kgs by Hermes, 10-30kgs Parcelforce. Please note some of these services take upto 5 days to deliver, so please allow for this when ordering your item. Items over 30 kgs will be sent by Palletline. For extra-large items or lorry loads, we will source a competitive quote for you.

Returns

Please be sure you actually want the item you are bidding on or buying, as we do not offer refund if you simply change your mind. Faulty goods will be repaired if viable or refunded. All faults should be reported within 3 days of receipt, failure to do this will void any repair or refund.
